भारत सरकार, रेल्वे मंत्रालय, रेल्वे भरती मंडळ (Railway Recruitment Board) (RRB) आणि भारतीय रेल्वे प्राधिकरण यांच्यामार्फत असिस्टंट लोको पायलट (Assistant Loco Pilot) या पदांसाठी भरती करण्यात येते. त्या भरती संदर्भात आपल्याला माहितीसाठी असिस्टंट लोको पायलट करीता रेल्वे भरती मंडळ (Railway Recruitment Board) (RRB) मार्फत अभ्यासक्रम (Syllabus) आणि स्वरुप (Exam Pattern) RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus and Exam Pattern पुढील प्रमाणे आहे.

वरील भरती प्रक्रियेत खालील टप्प्यांचा समावेश असेल:

पहिला टप्पा CBT (CBT-1)

दस्तऐवज/ कागदपत्र पडताळणी (DV) आणि

1.पहिला टप्पा CBT (CBT-1): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

CBT-1 ही केवळ CBT-2 साठी पात्र उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या सामान्यीकृत गुण आणि गुणवत्तेच्या आधारावर शॉर्टलिस्ट करण्यासाठी स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा असेल. केवळ समान RRB निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांमध्ये CBT-1 मधील त्यांच्या गुणवत्तेवर स्क्रीनिंग आधारित असेल.अंतिम पॅनेल तयार करताना CBT-1 चे गुण मोजले जाणार नाहीत..

CBT-1 चे स्वरूप आणि अभ्यासक्रम: Syllabus for RRB Assistant Loco Pilot CBT-1

कालावधी: 60 मिनिटे
प्रश्नांची संख्या: 75, कमाल गुण: 75 (@1 गुण प्रति प्रश्न)
प्रत्येक चुकीच्या उत्तरासाठी @1/3 गुण निगेटिव्ह मार्किंग असतील.
एकाधिक शिफ्टमध्ये आयोजित CBT साठी गुणांचे सामान्यीकरण केले जाईल.
पात्रतेसाठी किमान उत्तीर्ण टक्केवारी: UR आणि EWS-40%, OBC (NCL)-30%, SC-30%, ST-25%. तसेच हे सर्व त्या त्या श्रेणीतील माजी सैनिक उमेदवारांना देखील लागू आहे.
CBT-1 साठी प्रश्नांचे मानक सामान्यतः शैक्षणिक मानके आणि/किंवा पदासाठी विहित केलेल्या किमान तांत्रिक पात्रतेशी सुसंगत असतील. प्रश्न बहुपर्यायी उत्तरांसह वस्तुनिष्ठ स्वरूपाचे असतील आणि त्यामध्ये पुढील अभ्यासक्रमाशी संबंधित विषयांचा समावेश असेल:

(A) गणित: संख्या प्रणाली, BODMAS, दशांश, अपूर्णांक, LCM, HCF, गुणोत्तर आणि प्रमाण, टक्केवारी, परिमाण, वेळ आणि कार्य; वेळ आणि अंतर, साधे आणि चक्रवाढ व्याज, नफा आणि तोटा, बीजगणित, भूमिती आणि त्रिकोणमिती, प्राथमिक सांख्यिकी, वर्गमूळ, वय गणना, कॅलेंडर आणि घड्याळ, पाईप्स आणि कुंड इ.

(B) मानसिक क्षमता: समानता, वर्णमाला आणि संख्या मालिका, कोडिंग आणि डीकोडिंग. गणितीय ऑपरेशन्स, रिलेशनशिप, सिलिंगिझम, जंबलिंग, व्हेन डायग्राम, डेटा इंटरप्रिटेशन आणि पर्याप्तता, निष्कर्ष आणि निर्णय घेणे, समानता आणि फरक, विश्लेषणात्मक तर्क, वर्गीकरण, दिशानिर्देश, विधान-वितर्क आणि गृहितके इ.

(C) सामान्य विज्ञान: या अंतर्गत अभ्यासक्रमात 10वी स्तरावरील भौतिकशास्त्र, रसायनशास्त्र आणि जीवन विज्ञान यांचा समावेश असेल.

(D) सामान्य जागरूकता: चालू घडामोडी, विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञान, क्रीडा, संस्कृती, व्यक्तिमत्त्वे, अर्थशास्त्र, राजकारण आणि इतर महत्त्वाचे विषय.

2. दुसरा टप्पा CBT (CBT-2): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

CBT-2 साठी उमेदवारांची शॉर्टलिस्टिंग RRB-निहाय आणि समुदायानुसार त्यांच्या CBT-1 मधील सामान्य गुण आणि गुणवत्तेनुसार केली जाईल ज्यांनी फक्त समान RRB निवडले आहे.
SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS मधील उमेदवारांना UR श्रेणीच्या विरूद्ध CBT-2 साठी शॉर्टलिस्ट केले जाईल, परंतु त्यांना वय, पात्रता किंवा गुण इत्यादींमध्ये कोणतीही सूट/सवलत मिळणार नाही.
समुदाय/श्रेणी (माजी सैनिक/EWS) चे आरक्षण लाभ मिळवून निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांना भरती प्रक्रियेच्या पुढील सर्व टप्प्यांसाठी (CBT2/CBAT/DV) फक्त त्या समुदाय/श्रेणी विरुद्ध विचारात घेतले जाईल.
CBT-2 साठी निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांची एकूण संख्या प्रत्येक RRB विरुद्ध अधिसूचित केलेल्या रिक्त पदांच्या संख्येच्या 15 (पंधरा) पट मर्यादित असेल. जर एकापेक्षा जास्त उमेदवारांनी कट ऑफ पॉइंटच्या बरोबरीचे गुण प्राप्त केले तर त्या सर्वांना CBT-2 साठी शॉर्टलिस्ट केले जाईल.
तथापि, अधिसूचित पदासाठी पुरेशा संख्येने उमेदवारांची उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी आवश्यकतेनुसार वरील मर्यादा वाढविण्याचा/कमी करण्याचा अधिकार रेल्वेने राखून ठेवला आहे.
ALP साठी अंतिम पॅनेल केवळ CBT-2 आणि CBAT मधील उमेदवारांच्या गुण आणि गुणवत्तेच्या आधारावर तयार केले जातील.

CBT-2 चे स्वरुप आणि अभ्यासक्रम: RRB Assistant Loco Pilot CBT-2 Syllabus

3. संगणक आधारित अभियोग्यता चाचणी (CBAT): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

प्रत्येक अधिसूचित समुदाय/श्रेणीसाठी एएलपी रिक्त पदांच्या संख्येच्या 8 (आठ) पट इतके उमेदवार उदा. UR(OBC-CL समाविष्ट), OBC(NCL), SC, ST आणि EWS (ExSM सह), CBAT साठी निवडले जातील त्यांच्या गुणांच्या आधारावर CBAT साठी निवडले जातील भाग-A मधील त्यांच्या गुणांच्या आधारावर ज्यांच्याकडे RBT-2 अर्ज आहेत. आरक्षण नियम, CBT-2 च्या भाग-B मध्ये गुणवत्ता प्रदान केली आहे. जर एकापेक्षा जास्त उमेदवारांनी कट ऑफ पॉइंट सारखे गुण मिळवले तर त्या सर्वांना CBAT साठी शॉर्टलिस्ट केले जाईल.
अशा निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांनी CBAT दरम्यान विहित नमुन्यात (ॲनेक्चर-VIA नुसार) त्यांचे व्हिजन प्रमाणपत्र मूळ स्वरूपात सादर करावे, असे न केल्यास त्यांना उपस्थित राहण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही.
पात्र होण्यासाठी CBAT ची प्रत्येक चाचणी बॅटरी/विभाग स्वतंत्रपणे साफ करणे अनिवार्य आहे.
CBAT फक्त इंग्रजी आणि हिंदीमध्ये असेल आणि कोणतेही नकारात्मक चिन्ह नसावे.
पात्रता गुण: सर्व उमेदवारांनी (समुदायाची पर्वा न करता) प्रत्येकामध्ये किमान ४२ गुण मिळवणे आवश्यक आहे
गुणवत्ता यादी केवळ CBAT मध्ये पात्र ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांमधूनच तयार केली जाईल. 70% वेटेज दिले जाईल. CBT-2 च्या भाग-A मध्ये मिळालेल्या गुणांसाठी आणि CBAT मध्ये मिळालेल्या गुणांसाठी 30% वेटेज.

4. दस्तऐवज पडताळणी (DV): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

CBT-2 च्या भाग-A मधील उमेदवारांचे गुण आणि गुणवत्तेवर आधारित, CBT-2 च्या भाग-B मध्ये पात्रता आणि CBAT मधील गुणांच्या आधारे, रिक्त पदांच्या संख्येइतके उमेदवार, दस्तऐवज पडताळणीसाठी निवडले जातील.
दोन किंवा अधिक उमेदवारांना समान गुण मिळाल्यास, त्यांचे गुणवत्तेचे स्थान वयाच्या निकषांनुसार निश्चित केले जाईल, वृद्ध उमेदवाराला तरुण उमेदवारापेक्षा उच्च गुणवत्ता दिली जाईल.
निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांची नियुक्ती ही त्यांनी रेल्वे प्रशासनाद्वारे आयोजित केली जाणारी आवश्यक वैद्यकीय तंदुरुस्ती चाचणी उत्तीर्ण करणे आणि सर्व आवश्यक कागदपत्रांची अंतिम पडताळणी आणि उमेदवारांच्या पूर्ववृत्तांची/पात्रांची पडताळणी करणे याच्या अधीन आहे.
भरती प्रक्रियेचे सर्व टप्पे पूर्ण झाल्यावर, RRB पात्र उमेदवारांच्या पर्यायानुसार, गुणवत्ता, वैद्यकीय मानक आणि रिक्त पदांच्या अधीन राहून रेल्वे झोन/उत्पादन युनिटचे वाटप करेल. एकदा उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या गुणवत्तेनुसार आणि निवडीनुसार पॅनेलमध्ये समाविष्ट केल्यावर, ते पुढील प्राधान्य क्षेत्र/युनिटमध्ये त्यांच्या प्राधान्यासाठी विचारात घेण्याचा अधिकार गमावतील. तथापि, RRB ने रेल्वे झोन/युनिटचा अधिकार देखील राखून ठेवला आहे, जो उमेदवाराने निवडलेला/नसलेला, प्रशासकीय हिताचा विचार केल्यास, उमेदवारांच्या पात्रता आवश्यकता पूर्ण केल्यावर.

The recruitment process shall comprise of the following stages:

First Stage CBT (CBT-1)
Second Stage CBT (CBT-2)
Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
Document Verification (DV) and
Medical Examination (ME)

1. FIRST STAGE CBT (CBT-1): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

CBT-1 will only be a screening exam for shortlisting eligible candidates for CBT-2 based on their normalized marks and merit. Screening will be based on their merit in CBT-1 among the candidates who have chosen the same RRB only. The marks of CBT-1 shall not be counted while preparing the final panel.

Pattern & Syllabus of CBT-1: RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

Duration: 60 minutes
Number of questions: 75, Maximum marks: 75 (@1 mark per question)
There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.
Normalization of marks will be done for CBTs held in multiple shifts.
Minimum pass percentage for eligibility: UR & EWS – 40%, OBC (NCL) – 30%, SC – 30%, ST – 25%. This is also
applicable to Ex Service men category candidates, as per their community.
The standard of questions for CBT-1 will generally be in conformity with the educational standards and/or minimum technical qualifications prescribed for the post. Questions will be of objective type with multiple choice answers and are likely to cover topics pertaining to the following syllabus:

Mathematics: Number system, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Time and Work; Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Square Root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern etc.
Mental Ability: Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.
General Science: The syllabus under this shall cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level.
General Awareness: Current affairs, science & technology, sports, culture, personalities, economics, politics and other subject of importance.

2.SECOND STAGE CBT (CBT-2): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

Shortlisting of candidates for CBT-2 shall be done RRB-wise and community-wise as per their normalized marks and merit in CBT-1 among the candidates who have chosen the same RRB only.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS will be shortlisted for CBT-2 against UR category provided that, they are NOT availed any relaxation / concession in age, qualification or marks, etc.
Candidates who are shortlisted availing reservation benefits of a community / Category (Ex-servicemen/EWS) shall continue to be consider only against that community /category for all subsequent stages (CBT2/CBAT/DV) of recruitment process
Total number of candidates to be shortlisted for CBT-2 shall be limited to 15 (fifteen) times the number of vacancies notified against each RRB. In case more than one candidate obtain marks equal to cut-off point, they all will be shortlisted for CBT-2
However, Railways reserve the right to increase / decrease the above limit as required, to ensure availability of adequate number of candidates for the notified post.
The final panels for ALP will be prepared only on the basis of marks and merit of candidates in CBT-2 & CBAT.

Pattern & Syllabus of CBT-2: RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

CBT-2 shall comprise of two parts viz., Part-A and Part-B as detailed below.
Total Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes & Total Questions: 175
Part-A: 90 minutes & 100 questions
Part-B: 60 minutes & 75 questions
There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.
Normalization of marks will be done for CBTs held in multiple shifts.
In Part -A, Minimum pass percentage for eligibility: UR & EWS – 40%, OBC (NCL) – 30%, SC – 30%, ST – 25%. This is also applicable to Ex Service men category candidates, as per their community.

General Intelligence and Reasoning: Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and decision making, Similarities and differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.
Basic Science and Engineering: The broad topics that are covered under this shall be Engineering Drawing (Projections, Views, Drawing Instruments, Lines, Geometric figures, Symbolic Representation), Units, Measurements, Mass Weight and Density, Work Power and Energy, Speed and Velocity, Heat and Temperature, Basic Electricity, Levers and Simple Machines, Occupational Safety and Health, Environment Education, IT Literacy etc.

SYLLABUS for Part-B: RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

Part-B is only a qualifying test in nature and shall have questions from the various trade syllabi as prescribed by Directorate General of Training (DGT).
Note: Qualifying Percentage – 35% for all candidates irrespective of category/community.

Candidates with ITI/Trade Apprenticeship qualification will be required to appear in the section having questions from their trade.
Degree, Diploma candidates have to select one trade from the list of trades listed below against them engineering discipline.

3.Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

Candidates equal to 8 (eight) times the number of ALP vacancies for each notified community / category viz., UR(includes OBC-CL), OBC(NCL), SC, ST and EWS (including ExSM), shall be shortlisted for CBAT on the basis of their marks in Part-A of CBT-2 among the candidates who have chosen the same RRB only with the application of reservation rules, provided they qualify in Part-B of CBT-2. In case more than one candidate obtain marks equal to cut-off point, they all will be shortlisted for CBAT
Such shortlisted candidates should produce their Vision Certificate in the prescribed format (as per Annexure-VIA) in original, during the CBAT, failing which they will not be permitted to appear.
It is mandatory to clear each test battery / section of CBAT separately, to qualify.
The CBAT shall be only in English and Hindi and there shall be no negative marking.
Qualifying Marks: All candidates (irrespective of community) must secure a minimum T-score of 42 marks in each test battery separately to qualify in the CBAT.
The merit list will be prepared only from amongst candidates qualifying in the CBAT. 70% weightage will be given for marks obtained in Part-A of CBT-2 and 30% weightage for score obtained in the CBAT.

4.Document Verification (DV): RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Syllabus

Based on the marks and merit of candidates in Part-A of CBT-2, qualifying in Part-B of CBT-2 and scores in CBAT, candidates equal to the number of vacancies, will be shortlisted for Document Verification.
In case two or more candidates secure equal marks, their merit position shall be determined by age criteria i.e., the older candidate shall be given higher merit than the younger candidate.
Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their passing the requisite Medical Fitness Test to be conducted by the Railway Administration and final verification of all essential documents and verification of antecedents / character of the candidates.
On completion of all stages of recruitment process, RRB will allot Railway zone/Production unit as per the option of eligible candidates, subject to merit, medical standard and vacancy position. Once candidates are empaneled, as per their merit and choice, they will forfeit the right to be considered for their preference in the next priority zone/unit. However, RRBs are also reserve the right to Railway zone/unit, which is/are not opted by the candidate, if considered in administrative interest, subject to the candidates’ meeting eligibility requirements.
In case of any shortfall in empanelment or other exigencies, RRBs reserve the right to utilize the candidates down in the merit list if required, as per merit and options of such candidates. This however, will not confer any vested right on such candidates to be considered for appointment.
Candidates may please note that RRBs only recommend names of empaneled candidates to the Railway Zone concerned. The offer of appointment is issued only by the respective Railway Zones.
